Here are some frequently asked questions and answers about our service model and how ARLA Strategies works with clients.
One of our primary goals for our clients is to empower them to
control their legal spend and to obtain services on demand.We
drive our subscription services with a powerful platform that
lets you sign up to engage us online and immediately access
the resources and education part of your subscription, as well
as your projects.
If you're ready to get started, just click on the "sign up" button
for your chosen subscription, and you will be directed to our
Client Portal platform to provide the basic information needed
to create your account, sign your engagement letter, pay for
your first month and login to access your resources. You will
also be able to immediately start scheduling calls and access
any projects included in your subscription package.
The short answer is no. We have carefully structured our firm
model to prioritize education and self-service. We believe our
clients should be empowered to obtain our service on-demand
at a transparent price that can be budgeted. For this reason,
we don't offer any hourly services. If you are not ready to
invest monthly in your privacy program, you can contact us
using the form above to ask about flat-fee projects.
We are looking to work with organizations that are committed
to building and maturing their privacy programs and resilience.
For this reason, we reserve our time for potential clients
that are serious about engaging us. Consultation fees are
discounted from the first month's subscription service with
a coupon that we provide you during our strategy call, so your
consultation will be free if you decide to engage us. If not, your
fee will be limited to the amount of the consultation.
We don't sell our resources and templates as individual
documents. Each resource we provide requires significant
customization to make the document appropriate for individual
clients. We offer a Resources + Education subscription that
provides access to our template library, resources, and Q&A
with our team for clients who aren't ready to invest in strategic
growth but want to start standing up their privacy program. Unlike our subscriptions with consultation, this subscription requires an annual commitment from clients.
We have a couple of ways to expand our subscriptions. You can choose the Design + Build or Resilience Edge subscription and add on additional flat fee projects for tabletop exercises, document drafting, policy stack review, and more. Clients have access to all of these projects as "Available Projects" in the Client Portal and can activate them at any time they choose. We also have a higher tier of subscription for clients that want consistent projects running throughout the year. This subscription isn't available publicly through our Client Portal.
