• Quarterly Privacy Program Planning Sessions: 60-minute privacy strategy sessions with Alia Luria to review your current initiatives and advise on your 30/60/90 plan.
• Unlimited Q&A: Quick advice on any privacy topic without the nickel and dime billing. Send us short legal or drafting questions through the client portal with 1-business-day acknowledgment and 2-business-day answers.
• Annual Readiness & Resilience Report: Once per year, the firm will help you compile an annual report of your privacy wins, priorities, and next steps. This includes a questionnaire, up to two 60-minute working sessions with your team, and a Readiness & Resilience Report with Prioritized Next Steps (3 - 5 pages).

• Annual Mini-Tabletop Exercise (conducted remotely): Every 12 months, you get one mini-tabletop exercise facilitated by ARLA Strategies. Each exercise includes up to 6 participants to play through a privacy incident that you choose from a pre-set list. This benefit includes a planning session, a 60-minute tabletop, a 30-minute feedback session, and a summary report that includes wins, areas of improvement, and action items for program improvement.
• Annual Policy Stack Review: Review and comments on your privacy policy/governance document, website privacy notice, cookie consent policy, incident response plan, DPIA SOP, DPA template, vendor privacy review SOP, and data retention schedule to provide regulatory feedback and process change improvements.
• Annual Mini CCPA Privacy Audit Readiness: We help you identify and assemble your evidence list, prepare responses to auditor/attestor questions, and provide quality assurance of up to 10 artifacts (in addition to the policy stack review). This includes a short, board-ready brief.
